NPS survey templates
Measure customer loyalty with the industry-standard Net Promoter Score methodology. Simple, effective, and widely benchmarked.
What is a NPS survey?
An NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey measures customer loyalty using a single, powerful question: 'How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague?' Customers respond on a 0-10 scale and are categorized as Promoters (9-10), Passives (7-8), or Detractors (0-6). The NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from Promoters, resulting in a score from -100 to +100. NPS is valued for its simplicity, comparability across industries, and proven correlation with business growth.
