How does the 14-day free trial work?
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required at signup, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial period with no charges. The trial gives you full access to all features of your chosen plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and you'll only pay the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. If you downgrade, you'll keep your current plan's features until the end of your billing cycle, then the new lower-priced plan will start on your next renewal date.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you when you approach your submission limits. If you exceed them, we'll continue collecting responses for a grace period while we suggest upgrading to a higher plan. Your forms and surveys will continue working without interruption.
Do I own my data?
Absolutely! You own all your data. You can export your submissions as CSV files at any time, even on the free plan. If you cancel your subscription, you can download all your data before downgrading.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Yearly billing saves you 2 months compared to paying monthly (equivalent to getting 10 months for the price of 12).
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime with no questions asked. When you cancel, recurring payments stop immediately, but you'll retain full access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then automatically downgrade to the free plan. No refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period.
